+ IN WHAT CASES WILL YOU ACCEPT A RETURN?

1. I have received my order in poor condition.
2. The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it.
3. Only if you have purchased the product on this website and not on another web portal / partner.

In the second case, it is essential that the products subject to exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items reach us in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.

In case of receiving a gift (promotion) with your order, it must be sent together with the product in case of return.The period of time to exchange or return an item is 30 calendar days after the order is delivered.

NO CHANGES AND RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTEDof Earcandy products sold by partners / other web portals. The web platforms where you have acquired them will take over the management.

IMPORTANT NOTE:The exchange or return period for orders placed from December 1 to January 6 is until February 20.

+ STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN

- Go toReturns Centerto perform management.

- If you have any questions, please contact us through the formReturns & Exchanges.

- The product must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received.

- Please send the item including its original packaging.

- Once the package arrives and after examining the item, we will inform you if you have the right to exchange or return through an email.

Defective or wrong product:

In the event that the product is defective, you must also manage it from Returns Center, or by contacting us through the formReturns & Exchanges.

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to make the exchange or return. If we verify that said product has a manufacturing defect, Earcandy will be responsible for the shipping costs and a refund or exchange will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

+ DO I HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING FOR DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT?

All shipping costs associated with an exchange or return will be paid by the buyer, unless the products are defective or erroneous.
The cost of postage will be € 4.99 and will be managed through Sendcloud-Returns Center.

In case of a factory defect return, contact us through the form Returns & Exchanges to help you with the management.

Deadline for receipt of refund:

Once we receive the package in our office, it will be reviewed by our warehouse department before proceeding with the approval of the return. If the product complies with the indications specified above, the return will be approved and a full refund of the product price will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

The transaction will be notified to you by mail. Once the refund is issued, you can wait for it to be effective in 2-3 business days.
