ORDERS AND SHIPPING
We prepare and ship all orders within a maximum period of 24 business hours from order confirmation. During sales or promotional seasons, this period may be slightly extended.
If you notice that your order is taking longer than usual, you can contact us through our contact form or write to customer and we will be happy to help you.
Available shipping types:
Once prepared, the order arrives within up to 3 business days (Spain). Shipments to the EU or outside the EU may take between 6 and 11 business days.
Delivery in 24 business hours after preparation. Available in mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Portugal.
Currently, we do not offer it as a standard option. However, if you are in central Madrid and urgently need your order, write to us at customer@earcandy.es and we will try to help you with a personalized solution.
Orders that have been issued and processed cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel your order, contact Customer Service notifying the cancellation of your order and the reason, we will be at your disposal to help you.

Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes which, in any case, will be the responsibility of the buyer. We commit to handling the procedures and preparing the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.

All our deliveries are made from our logistics warehouse in Madrid. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will be provided with a tracking number and a link with which you can track your order.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact Customer Service, we will be available to help you.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If for some reason you do not receive it, check if it is in spam or contact Customer Service.
PRODUCT
We accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
1. I have received my order in poor condition.*
2. The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it.*
In the second case, it is essential that the products subject to exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive to us in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received the order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested return.
In case you receive a gift (promotion) with your order, it must be sent along with the product in case of return. The time period to exchange or return an item is 30 calendar days after the delivery of the order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for Earcandy products sold by partners/other web portals. The web platforms where you purchased them will handle the management.
To initiate an exchange or return, go to the Returns Center to carry out the process, or if you prefer, contact us through the Exchanges and Returns form.

If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as "out of stock" and we will try to restock it as soon as possible. On the product page, you can send us your email to notify you when it is available using the "notify when available" button.
All our products have a three-year warranty from the day your order is delivered.
The warranty is valid against defects in materials and/or manufacturing.
The warranty excludes coverage for wear and/or physical abuse, loss or accidental damage. To keep your jewelry in perfect condition, visit our Jewelry Care Guide.

Our standard shipment includes more than one item per Earcandy pouch, where each product is individually protected. Most of our products are small in size, so several are included per pouch or, if there are many, in different pouches. However, all large products will be included in one of our Earcandy boxes. This way, we ensure the optimization of weight and volume of your shipment to offer you free shipping options.
The packaging included in a standard shipment consists of:
- Earcandy pouch made of organic cotton with individual inner protection for each product.
- Earcandy card made of recycled paper 145x105 mm (customizable from the cart before checkout).
- Onion paper envelope + Earcandy sticker.

If you want each piece of jewelry individually packaged in a pouch or box, add our special option “Add individual packaging” and choose the packaging you want.

RECYCLING
At Earcandy, we craft our jewelry with 925 Sterling Silver (plated with 18Kt yellow gold and rose gold) and with 9Kt and 14Kt gold; precious metals of great value that have a characteristic we at Earcandy want to promote: jewelry recycling.
As a company, one of the values that characterizes us is environmental awareness, and for this reason, we work to reduce environmental impact by reusing and recycling jewelry. In our industry, metals have high value and their extraction, although now with very advanced techniques, remains polluting. We want to be part of the change and compensate for the slowdown in metal mining production by recycling the silver and gold from our pieces.
We want your Earcandy jewelry to have a second life and be reborn as a new and shining piece.
With this initiative, we hope to achieve that, in time, all our pieces are made with recycled material and thus be part of the change to preserve our planet.

If you want to recycle your jewelry, you must:
1. Accumulate five Earcandy pieces > if you want us to collect the pieces (peninsular territory).
Less than five pieces > you take care of sending them (shipping at the customer's expense).
2. Contact us through the contact form Recycling Earcandy.
Once we receive the email, we will contact you to send us photos of the pieces and verify their authenticity. In some cases, we may request the delivery note you received by email when making the purchase.
After verification, we will proceed to collect the pieces and you will be given a code with a 40% discount to redeem on the next purchase, regardless of the number of jewelry items acquired.
The jewelry we collect will be taken to a national factory to be recycled and give way to the creation of new pieces with 100% recycled material.

Yes, only Earcandy earrings are accepted, whether purchased on our website or through some of our partners.
Whether you bought them on our e-commerce or through a partner, we will need you to contact us through the contact form Reclicando Earcandy and we will inform you of the steps to follow. We will ask you to send us photos of the pieces to verify their authenticity and, in some cases, we may request the delivery note you received by email when making the purchase.
Not at all. You can send us the jewelry in any condition; even broken, as long as the pieces form the unit (it will not be valid to send a small part of an earring).
When you accumulate the pieces you want to recycle, it will be necessary to prepare them and place them in a secure envelope to be able to send them to us. If there are 5 units, we will take care of collecting them ourselves (peninsular territory). If there are fewer than 5 contact us.
Yes, you have one year to redeem it. Once a year has passed since its issuance, the code will no longer be valid.
No. The discount only covers one purchase regardless of the amount and the units acquired.
