Our orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum period of 24 business hours from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sale or promotion seasons.

- STANDARD SHIPPING: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 3 business days.
Shipping to certain EU and non-EU countries may take 6-11 business days.
- EXPRESS SHIPPING: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 24 business hours.
Only valid for Spain Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and Portugal.
- SHIPPING ON THE SAME DAY: For now we do not ship on the same day. However, if you need us to send it on the same day and belong to MADRID CENTRO, get in touch with us through customer@earcandy.es and we will look for options to help you.

Orders that have been issued and managed cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel your order, contact Customer service (Changes and returns) Notifying the cancellation of your order and the reason, we will be at your disposal to help you.

Sometimes shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes that, in any case, will be the responsibility of the buyer. We undertake to carry out the procedures and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.

All our deliveries are made from our logistics warehouse in Madrid. When we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will be provided with a tracking number and a link with which you can track your order.
If you receive an incorrect or undamaged item, please contact Customer Support, we will be at your disposal to help you.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If by any chance you do not receive it, please contact Customer Support.
PRODUCT
We accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
1. I have received my order in poor condition.
2. The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another or return it.
3. Only if you have purchased the product on this website and not on another web portal / partner.
In the second case, it is essential that the products subject to exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items reach us in perfect condition. If you have difficulty finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.
In case of receiving a gift (promotion) with your order, it must be sent together with the product in case of return. The period of time to exchange or return an item is 30 calendar days after the order is delivered.
NO CHANGES AND RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED of Earcandy products sold by partners / other web portals. The web platforms where you have acquired them will take over the management.
To initiate an exchange or a return, go to Returns Center to carry out the management, or if you prefer, contact us using the form Returns & Exchanges.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The exchange or return period for orders placed from December 1 to January 6 is until February 20.
If an item is out of stock, it will be indicated as "temporarily out of stock" and we will try to restock it as soon as possible. On the product page, you can send us your email to notify you when it is available. If there is no stock available, it will be removed from the web.
All our items are guaranteed for one year from the day of delivery of your order. The guarantee is valid against material and / or manufacturing defects. Our normal shipment includes more than one item per Earcandy bag, where each item is individually protected. Most of our products are small in size, so several are included per bag or, if there are enough, in different bags. However, all oversized items will be included in one of our Earcandy boxes. In this way, we guarantee the optimization of the weight and volume of your shipment in order to offer you free shipping options.
The packaging that is included in a normal shipment consists of:
- Organic cotton Earcandy bag with individual interior protection for each product.
- Earcandy card made of recycled paper 145x105 mm (customizable from the cart before making the payment).
- Onion paper envelope + Earcandy sticker.
* If the pieces are large> Earcandy box made of recycled paper.

RECYCLING
At Earcandy we make our jewelry with 925 Sterling Silver (18Kt yellow gold and pink gold bath) and with 9Kt and 14Kt gold; Precious metals of great value that have a characteristic that at Earcandy we want to promote: jewelry recycling.
As a company, one of the values that characterizes us is environmental awareness and for this reason, we work to reduce the impact on the environment by reusing and recycling jewelry. In our industry, metals have a high value and their extraction, although already with very advanced techniques, is still polluting. We want to be part of the change and make up for the slowdown in mining production of metals by recycling the silver and gold from our parts.
We want your Earcandy jewelry to have a second life and to be reincarnated into a shiny new piece.
With this initiative we hope to achieve that, in a while, all our pieces are made with recycled material and thus be part of the change to maintain our planet.

If you want to recycle your jewelry, you must:
1. Collect five Earcandy pieces > if you want us to collect the pieces ourselves (peninsular territory).
Less than five pieces > taking charge of the shipment of these (shipment on behalf of the client).
2. Contact us through the contact form Recycling Earcandy.
Once we receive the email, we will contact you so that you can send us photos of the pieces and we will verify the veracity of these. In some cases, we may request the delivery note that you received by email when making the purchase.
After verification, we will proceed to collect the pieces and you will be given a code with a 40% discount to exchange for the next purchase, regardless of the number of jewels purchased.
The jewelry we collect will be taken to a national factory to be recycled and give way to the birth of new pieces with 100% recycled material.

Yes, only Earcandy earrings are accepted, whether they are purchased on our website or through some of our partners.

We will ask you to send us photos of the pieces to ensure their veracity and, in some cases, we may request the delivery note that you received by mail when making the purchase.
Absolutely. You can send us the jewelry in any state; even broken, as long as the pieces form the unit (it will not be valid to send a small part of the slope).
When you accumulate the pieces you want to recycle, it will be necessary that you prepare them and deposit them in a secure envelope in order to send them to us. If there are 5 units, we take care of collecting them ourselves (peninsular territory). If they are less than 5, you can send them to us at the following address:
