Sometimes, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes which, in any case, will be the responsibility of the buyer. We promise to carry out the procedures and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.
*In the exceptional case that the delivery times are not met for reasons external to Earcandy, only the amount of the shipment will be refunded and it will be delivered as soon as possible.

Our deliveries are made from our logistics warehouse in Madrid. All orders are prepared and shipped within a maximum period of 24 business hours from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sales or promotion seasons.

- STANDARD SHIPPING: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 3 business days.
Shipping to certain EU and non-EU countries can take 6-11 business days.
- EXPRESS DELIVERY: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 24 business hours.
Only valid for Spain Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and Portugal.
- SAME DAY SHIPPING: For now we do not ship on the same day. However, if you need us to send it on the same day and belong to MADRID CENTRO, contact us through customer@earcandy.es and we will look for options to help you. Valid only for Madrid Centro.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Given the current situation due to COVID-19 and the measures that we carry out in our logistics warehouse, it may take a little longer than normal for orders to ship out.
